Our Summer Track & Field development program runs for 4 weeks.
 
Track: June 6, 13, 20, 29, 2017 at Mepham HS 6pm. Interval style and skills development. Non-members are welcome with prior arrangement.
 
Fartlek: June 1, 15, 22, 2017 at Alex's house 6pm. Fartlek style and skills development. Non-members are welcome with prior arrangement.
 
 
Our Summer Cross Country development program runs for 6 weeks.
 
Tuesdays July 11, 18, 25 & August 1, 8, 2017 at Bethpage State Park main parking lot 6pm. Fartlek style and running mechanics skills development. Non-members are welcome.
 
Thursdays July 13, 20, 27 & August 3, 10, 2017 at Sunken Meadow State Park upper parking area 6pm. Tempo style run and running mechanics skills development. Non-members are welcome. 
 
 
Sundays All year long, execpt when we have races. 9am behind the Massapequa Train Station rear parking lot adjcent to the entrance of the Greenbelt Trail.
Out and back course towards Bethpage Park, shaded asphalt, gravel and dirt trail. Stride outs and Core drills to follow.
